Day 1 : ARRIVAL HANOI

Welcome to Hanoi. Transfer to hotel check in Aand short rest. Afternoon, visit Hanoi's Old Quarter of 36 ancient streets by traditional rickshaw which is called cyclo. Cyclo will return the Return-Sword Lake, continue to visit Ngoc Son - Heroic Temple, But Tower, where you will be fascinating with legendary stories from last 600 years. Evening, enjoy the water puppet show - a traditional art to tell a long-standing wet rice civilization of Vietnam. O/N in HANOI.

 

Day 2 : HANOI FULLDAY TOUR (B)

Breakfast. Let’s experience the basic concepts of political Vietnam currently by visit to the Chairman Palace area, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Ba Dinh National square, Stilt House; One Pillar Pagoda, continuing to the Temple of Literature known as Vietnam's first university built in 11th century. Afternoon, visit to Vietnam Museum of Ethnology where contains more than 10,000 objects which depict all aspects of life, customs, and habits of the 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam, procedding to Vietnam History Museum that its buiding style and displaying make you look back a History Vietnam richtly. Day 3 : HANOI – HA LONG BAY ( 175 km ) (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Check out and take an excursion to Ha Long Bay – a beautiful Bay absolutely recognised as the World Natural Heritage by UNESCO. Arrive the Bay and getting on junk. A fresh lunch is ready to served you on board. Then, junk will bring you to visit Ha Long bay, with Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island. Binh Phong moutain, Sung Sot cave, Titov beach and explore the by KAYAKING, paddle to Titop Islet. enjoy sunset on the top of the Titov moutain. Dinner with welcome champagne, then you will enjoy night Fishing on board. O/N on BOARD IN HALONG.

 

Day 4 : HA LONG BAY – HANOI – LAO CAI ( By TRAIN) (B, L)

Wake up and enjoy sunrise in charming Bay. Breakfast and continue KAYAKING. Then, padlling from Luon Cave toward Tortoiseman’s head Islet and Bai Tho moutain and Hon gai surroundings. Then, returing the wharf and enjoy fresh sea-food lunch on board. the Junk sailing back to Halong Marina, pick-up your lugages then drive back to Hanoi and straightly to Hanoi Railway Station for a night train to Lao Cai. Welcome on board for departure to Lao Cai ETD 22:00PM. You overnight on the train to Lao Cai, enjoy your night in A/C Superior cabin. Overnight on TRAIN.

 

Day 5 : LAO CAI  - SAPA ( 38 km) (B)

Arrival Lao Cai Station on early morning about 06.00AM. Drive to Sapa Town for breakfast at local restaurant. Then, arrive your hotel, put all luggages at the hotel for porceeding the visit to Sapa Market. Many minority groups come here to exchange their goods and products, and visit Sapa Church – as an impress mark, timing witness of this solitary mountain region. Afternoon, an interesting trekking tour to Cat Cat village where Red Dao, black Hmong minotities are living with their colourful clothes. Evening, walking to the town for visit Sapa Love Market (available in Saturday & Sunday evening only). You can imaging how is montagnards express their love. O/N in SAPA.

 

Day 6 : SAPA FULL DAY TREKKING TOUR (B)

Breakfast. Drive to Laochai village (H’Mong people), 9 km far from the town. Walking to Tavan village (12 km), you will see the H’Mong, Zay, Dao people and others dressed in the traditional style that is unique to the Northern region. And drive to Taphin village (15 km from Sapa) then walk inside the village to visit Red Dao, black Hmong houses and experience the daily lives to understand better their culture and customs. (Advised to take good walking shoes, tents, raincoats, jackets, torch, insect repellent and sunscreen...). Drive back to town and O/N in SAPA.

 

Day 7 : SAPA – COC LY – LAO CAI  (170 km) (B)

Breakfast, transfer to Coc Ly Town for visit Coc Ly market (on Tuesday only). Then, take a boat cruise along Chay River. The trip will last about 2 hours and a visit to Trung Do village of the Tay Minority. The boat trip will end at small town of Bao Nhai. Then, drive back to Lao Cai town, free until 07.30PM. It’s time to go to Lao Cai Railway Station for a night train back to hanoi. The train will depart at 09.15PM. Enjoy your night in A/C Superior cabin. O/N on TRAIN.

 

Day 8 :  HA NOI– NINH BINH (110 km) (B)

The train arrives at Hanoi Railway Station early next morning at 05.30AM. Transfer to a local restaurant for breakfast. And then proceed to Ninh Binh province which is also called “Halong Bay on Land”. Firstly, visit to Hoa Lu Ancient Royal Capital which was built in a spectacular of lush rice paddies and mountains. Then rowing boat alongside streams through the rice field to admire the picturesque views and visit Tam Coc caves. Rowing back to departure bank, then visit to Bich Dong ancient pagodas which is hiden itself on the slope’s mountainous hill range. Drive back toHanoi. O/N in HANOI.

 

Day 9 : HANOI – HUE (1 Hour by PLANE) (B)

Early wake-up at 4.00AM, breakfast in box, then transfer to the Noi Bai Airport for early morning flight VN241 06.30-07.40HRS to Hue Royal City, the Complex of Monuments. Arival in Hue. Firstly, enjoy dragon boat cruise on poetic Huong River (Perfume River) to visit’s Tomb and Thien Mu Pagoda, then view the tinged clouds becoming dim on horizon of Perfume river. Drive to hotel for check in and short rest. Afternoon, continue to visit the ROYAL TOMB of King Tu Duc, and busy market of Dong Ba, here you can buy some handicrafts for souvenir, first and foremost Hue palm-leaf conical hat. Back to your hotel, free leisure at night. O/N in HUE.

 

Day 10 : FULLDAY FREE AT LEISURE  IN HUE (B)

Bbreakfast, enjoy full day free at  leisure for your own activities. O/N in HUE.

 

Day 11 : HUE – DA NANG –HOI AN ( 135 km) (B)

Breakfast. Say good bye Hue and depart to Da Nang City, an ancient land closely connected with cultural traditions, mixing the famous beautiful sites, the white sand beaches. Photo-stop at Lang Co beach. Arrival Da Nang, visit to Champa Museum, stone carving village, and drive straight to Hoi An ancient town - a calm town with many ancient houses, clan temples of hundreds year. Check in your hotel and free at leisure for your own activities. O/N in HOI AN

 

Day 12  & 13 : FULLDAYS FREE AT LEISURE IN HOI AN (B)
After breakfast, enjoy full day free at  leisure for your own activities. O/N in HOI AN

 

Day 14: HOI AN – DA NANG –SAIGON (1 Hour by PLANE)  (B)

Breakfast. Check out and transfer to Da Nang Airport for flight VN321 08.20-09.30 to Saigon or Ho Chi Minh City which is the biggest city in the country. A quick tour around Saigon and photo-stop at the city landmarks, first buildings of colonial motifs: Notre Dame Cathedral, Municipal Post Office. Pass by Ho Chi Minh City People Committee (also the old French City Hall before 1975) and Municipal Theatre built in 1899. Check in  hotel (check in time is after 2.00PM). Afternoon, visit to the former Presidential Palace where you can learn more about the Vietnamese history during the American War, then drive slowly along a historical boulevard which the impressive buildings as the old US Embassy the Prime Misnisterial building. Finally shopping at Tay Son lacquerware/Silk/Handmade Workshop. Evening, it’s highly recommended to have a dinner-cruise (your own account) in a floating restaurant on Saigon River, getting the admirable feel of the charming views of Saigon-by-night. Day 15 : HO CHI MINH CITY- XEO QUIT/ DONG THAP – CAN THO ( 180 km)  (B)

Breakfast. Drive to Cao Lanh (Dong Thap Province) where used to be the revolutionary base during the French and American wars. The present 20 ha cajuput forest Xeo Quit has been reclaimed and become an attractive historical and ecological site in the southern Mekong Delta. Cruising along Xeo Quit relic site to visit secret canals, trenches, bomb shelters, meeting halls,… under the shadow of the over 50 years old cajuput trees. Leave the forest and drive to My Thuan bridge for gaze away out to rivers & delta, cross Lower River by big ferry to reach Can Tho. Check in hotel and free at night. O/N in CAN THO.

 

Day 16 : CAN THO – HO CHI MINH CITY ( 180 km )  (B)

Breakfast. Cruising by a private motor river-boat along Mekong River & its canals to enjoy sunrise, rural sceneries and the daily life of watery inhabitants and visit Cai Rang floating market. After that, visit the Binh Thuy ancient house where was the main palce in the famous French film “L’amant”. The house was dated 1800s with baroque details.  Drive back to HCMC and free at leisure. O/N in HO CHI MINH CITY.

 

Day 17 : SAIGON –CU CHI TUNNELS. (70 km) (B)

Breakfast. Take excursion to Cu Chi Underground Tunnels - a famous battle field, a guerrilla base during Vietnam War before 1975, and enjoy a challenging excursion inside the tunnels and bunkers. Return to the city for lunch. Afternoon, discover China Town, a busy world of Chinese communities in Vietnam. Visit Binh Tay Wholesales Market-the really typical marketplace, continuing to Chinese Lady Temple of over 150 years, with the ledendary story of the ancient boat-men refugees, contain an impress collection of Chinaware and porcelain masterpieces. Day 18 : DEPARTURE FROM HO CHI MINH CITY – WELCOME HOME ! (B)

Breakfast. Free at leisure until check-out (check out time by 12.00PM), transfer to Airport for departure flight to your next destination
