- Entry visa into Vietnam

Except the passportholders from Asean countries ( Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia ), from South Korea and Japan, and Scandinavian passengers ( Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland ) are free visa, Others citizens have been required to apply an entry visa to Vietnam , and can obtain the visa in two ways as below :

IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL
From a Vietnam Embassy / Vietnam Consulate in any country with a Fax of the pre-Approval Letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department which will be arranged by us, we are able to provide this pre-approval letter if the tour was booked with us (min. 3 days). You have just arrive a Vietnam Embassy / Consulate in any country, showing your original passport + 1 picture 40 cm x 60 cm + Fax of the Approval Letter, and paying a stamping fee of 25 USD/Pax for Single Entry Tourist Visa or 40 USD - 100 USD for Multiple Entry Visa ( stamping fee could be changed due to depend on the regulations in force, and might be varied in different country ) then will be issued an Entry Visa of 30 days validity after 2 ~ 3 working days. Extension of your own stay is possible

ON UPON ARRIVAL
- There is quite possible to obtain a Visa-on-Arrival at the first airport/entry maritime ports which you will arrive Vietnam, you will be required to show an pre-Approval Letter issued by the Immigration Department which will be arranged by us when check-in for flight to Vietnam, we are able to provide this pre-approval letter if the tour was booked with us (min. 3 days). At the Immigration Counter in the International airports or tourist maritime ports, just showing your original passport + 1 picture 40 cm x 60 cm + Fax of the pre-Approval Letter, and paying a stamping fee of 25 USD/Pax for Single Entry Tourist Visa or 40 USD - 100 USD for Multiple Entry Visa ( stamping fee could be changed due to depend on the regulations in force, and might be varied in different country ) then will be issued an Entry Visa of 30 days right after. Extension of your own stay is possible.

MYANMAR ENTRY VISA

To arrange Visa On Arrival, we need the following details at least one month ahead of their arrival date to apply in advance to the Ministry of Hotels & Tourism and also to the Ministry of Immigration.

1) Passport photo (size 1" x 1") scanned and attached with email
2) Full Name
3) M / F
4) Father's Name
5) Citizenship
6) Nationality
7) Religion
8) Passport Number
9) Issued Date & Expired Date
10) Date of Birth
11) Place of Birth
12) Job / Profession
13) Address
14) Purpose of Visit
15) Arrival date
16) Flight Number

Upon receipt of the above info, we start to apply to the Ministries.
After receiving approval letter from Ministries, we'll send the followings to you.
1) A copy of the letter from Ministry,
2) The approval letter for Airline Office in Bangkok (if clients' flight is via BKK on Thai Airways or other airlines if necessary) and
3) the form of Visa Upon Arrival to you by e-mail (as e-mail attachments).

You have to print out all these letters from the attached files.

For the Entry Visa Form, you need to fill up in two forms with necessary data and passport size photographs. You need to bring the forms & letters together with you.

At Bangkok Airport Airline counter, you have to show approval letter from Ministry and letter for Airline Office for boarding pass to the aircraft.

Upon arrival Yangon airport, you will be met & welcomed by our representative inside the Immigration Counter.
Our rep. will collect Passports, the visa application forms and other necessary documents from you & will help you to apply visa at Immigration Counter (at the Immigration counter, you have to pay USD 20 per person for visa fees).
After obtaining visas, our rep. will also help you to collect the luggage & to pass the Customs.
After clearing Immigration & Customs, you will be met & welcomed by the guide.

For this kind of Visa, we'll charge USD 30 Per Person for the handling fee for FIT.

Pls note:
We arrange this kind of visa for those who buy package tour with hotel, flight, car & guide.
For those who book hotel only, flight only, airport transfer only, we are unable to arrange this kind of visa, port of Upon Arrival Visa should be Yangon, Bagan & Mandalay only (not applicable to border entries).

Online Entry Visa (Currently might be NOT AVAILABLE)
Online visa application is now available since Myanmar Immigration offers e-visas to those who would like to visit Myanmar.
Travelers wishing to apply visa online need to access the www.visa.gov.mm site, which has instruction in seven languages.
