Day 1: ARRIVAL SAIGON- HO CHI MINH CITY Welcome to HO CHI MINH City (Saigon) - the biggest city of Vietnam.On the way to hotel, stop-over at Neo-Roman Notre Dame Cathedral, Municipal Post Office, Ho Chi Minh City People Committee, also the old French City Hall before 1975, and Municipal Theatre built in 1899. Day 2: HO CHI MINH CITY - MY THO – A Mekong Tour (70 km) (B, L) Breakfast. Drive to My Tho – The Gateway to Mekong Delta. Photo-Stop at Cao Dai Temple-a colourful religion were combined of 4 biggest religions. Then, cruising along Mekong River to visit small islets, fruit gardens, visit farmer’s houses and taste delicious fresh fruits. After that, rowing to another islet to visit workshop with hand-made souvernirs & coconut candy. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon. O/N in HO CHI MINH CITY.

Day 3: HO CHI MINH CITY - COOKING CLASS (B, L)

Breakfast. This morning, you will enjoy cooking class at Vietnam Cookery Center.

08h00 – 09h00: Visit market with chef where you can mix yourself with the local residence in this market.

09h30 – 10h00: Welcome traditional tea at Cooking Center.

10h00 – 11h00: Starting the course by making green papaya salad and Vietnamese spring roll.

11h00 – 11h20: Relax and enjoy the 2 first creations.

11h20 – 12h10: Making the 2 – 3 remained dishes

12h10 – 12h30: have lunch with all dishes you have cooked.

12h30: Remittance of certificate and souvenir gift.

Note: Saturday is only reserved for groups from 4 pax & Sunday for groups from 15 pax minimum.

Afternoon, continue to visit the War Remnants Museum for a self vision, self consideration of American War and the cost of Peace. Rest time for your shopping at the Ben Thanh Market. Back to hotel and free at night. O/N in HO CHI MINH CITY.

Day 4: SAIGON - NHA TRANG (450 km) (B) Breakfast. Check out for the journey to Nha Trang coastal City – the first choice for a memorable beach vacation in Vietnam. The highway is smoothly and cost you around 7 hours usually. We will stop somewhere for the rests or taking photos. Transfer to hotel for check in and free for your own leisure. O/N in NHA TRANG.

Day 5: NHA TRANG FULL DAY TOUR (B, L) Breakfast. Full day to discover Nha Trang - the beautiful coastal city in the Central. Firstly, take boat cruise to offshore islands for sightseeing, snorkling and swimming at Mun and Mot Islands. Tourists will visit Tam island, fishing village and Tri Nguyen Aquarium. Lunch at Con Se Tre restaurant on Bamboo island. Then, visit Institute of Oceanography, Long Son pagoda. Finally come to Dam market for sightseeing and shopping. Back to hotel for a good night. Day 6: NHA TRANG – HOI AN Ancient Town (500 km) (B) Breakfast. Then, drive to Hoi An ancient town which was recognized as The World Culture Heritage. This calm town has many ancient houses, clan temples of hundreds year. The trip will take about 8-10 hours. Arrive in Hoi AN in evening. Check-in hotel and time for rest after a long journey. O/N in HOI AN .

Day 7: HOI AN – COOKING CLASS (B, L) Breakfast. Today, you will ride bicycle to “Vegetable village Tra Que tour and picnic lunch inside local residence’s houses”. On the way, stop to visit Nhat tomb and scenery of Vietnam countryside. Arrival Tra Que Village, join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed such as: raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities. Then. prepare lunch with local families. You will cook by yourselves under well directions of local chef. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies:“tam huu” spring roll, Banh xeo or the local pancake ..ect. After your lunch, take an short nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables. Then, ride back to Hoi An in the late afternoon. O/N in HOI AN .

Day 8: HOI AN - HUE (135 km) (B, D) Breakfast. Check out and enjoy a sightseeing tour of Hoi An ancient town such as: the Japanese tile – roof bridge, Phuc Kien Temple (Assembly Hall of Cantonese Chinese Congregation), typical ancient houses, and the local museum. Besides, you will visit Thang Loi Silk Weaving Factory. Then, proceeding to Hue Royal City, passing many spectacular scenarios along the National Highway No. 1 with the breathing Pass of Ocean- Clouds, photo-stop at Lang Co beach, stopping on peak to view over beautiful landscapes. Arrival in Hue. Check in hotel and have short rest. Evening, we will have the most exciting dinner set menu at the Cung Dinh Restaurant in the Huong Giang Riverside Hotel with the Royal Feast banquet. It really is good time to look-back and live as the Oriental Lords with the King and Mandarins in golden times. Let's vote some people in your group will be...the King and the Queen. Day 9: HUE – HANOI (1Hour by PLANE) (B) Breakfast. In morning, you spend time for strolling around the mighty Imperial City which was built in 1805 with some sections: the Royal Citadel, the Imperial Enclosure and the Forbidden Purple City, Noontime gate, Harmonized palace, Nine Dynasty Urns, Hien Lam Cac, Royal Galary... Keep on visiting the Royal Tomb of King Tu Duc. Then, transfer directly to Phu Bai Airport for flight VN244 14.40-15.50HRS to Hanoi. Check in hotel and free leisure at night. O/N in HANOI

Day 10: HANOI – COOKING CLASS (B, L) Breakfast. It is time to join a cooking class with Northern Vietnamese style in Season’s Restaurant. Firstly, you will go to market with the chief and buy fresh food for our cooking class. Then, start to prepare lunch by yourselves under the well directions of our Vietnamese chef and his assistants. After lunch, transfer to hotel for a moment of rest. Afternoon, visit Vietnam History Museum - its building style and displaying will make you look back a History Vietnam richly, then visit Return-Sword Lake, Ngoc Son - Heroic Temple, But Tower where you will be fascinating with legendary stories from last 600 years. An interesting tour by tricycles, the small rickshaws will carry you strolling around Old Quarter and shopping streets, and St. Joseph Cathedral. Evening, enjoy the water puppet show, a unique art form of Vietnamese. O/N in HANOI

Day 11: HANOI – HOA BINH/ BAN LAC Minority VILLAGE (82km) (B, D) Breakfast. Then, you take a journey to Ban Lac Village via Hoa Binh town with s visit Muong Ethnic Minority Mountain Villages. After that, the boat cruise will bring you to the ethnic minority village of Lac. Visit to real hill tribe villages to explore the lives of local people in houses-on-stilts. Arrive the village, check in the guest hpouse for short rest.Tonight, a pleasant evening is waiting you with ethnic dancers and traditional instruments: Gong - Chien, drinking Can liquor in the open air atmosphere with local minority people. Day 12: HOA BINH/ BAN LAC- NINH BINH (128 km) (B) Breakfast with local people. Today, goodbye Ban Lac village. The boat returns to the harbour and our car waits for you travel to Ninh Binh province for visit to Van Lam Village. Then, take a rowing boat trip into beautiful landscapes with channels meandering between high rocks and grottoes and gaze with veneration at scenery of Tam Coc Caves and Bich Dong Pagodas. Drive back to hotel and time of rest. O/N in Hoalu - NINH BINH.

Day 13: Hoa Lu / NINH BINH - HAI PHONG – HA LONG BAY (155 km) (B) Breakfast. Then, drive to Hai Phong, a City situated on the East Sea coastline. Short city tour in Hai Phong with visit to Grand Cathedral, Du Hang Pagoda, and Hang Kenh Communal House. Then. Proceed to Halong Bay which is the most famous landscape in the country recognized as the World Natural Heritage. O/N in HALONG.

Day 14: HA LONG BAY - HANOI (155 km) (B, L) Breakfast. Enjoy a sailing boat to cruise 5 hours on the Bay. The cruise will bring you to visit around the shapely islets of Fighting Cock, incense-burner and others, anchorging in Titop Islet where is the calm and so clean sand & transparent beach. Relaxing here will bring you the most wonderful sea bathing in calm, transparent water under the sunlight. Seafood lunch on board. Drive back to Hanoi in the late afternoon. O/N in HANOI.

Day 15: FLY BACK HOME FROM HANOI - WELCOME HOME ! (B) Breakfast,.Free until check-out (check out time by 12.00HRS), transfer to Noi Bai Airport for departure to your next destination.
